Scott-
The NEC2D executables available from the archives were
compiled using the Lahey 32-bit Fortran compiler and
utilized Lahey's DOS extender. It is possible that the
extender is not compatible with Win2K as it is known
to not work with XP and XP is a Win2K derivative.
If I remember correctly the NEC2D source code wasn't
made available by the author, just the executables. If
you want to recompile code for Win2K compatibility I
would probably look into the NEC2Dx source code or use
the equivalent executables that are included in 4nec2
that are know to be compatible with Win2K.
