I just checked access to the NEC archive and all seems well at this
time. If you go to the "old" address at
http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu/swindex.html you will automatically be
forwarded to the pages on the new server at
http://www.si-list.org/swindex.html .

Access via the old route or via the direct route is alive and well. It
sounds like you may have experienced some sort of transient network
difficulty. No recent changes have been made.
