Ther are alot of antennas that meet your brief specs. What kind of antenna
installation are you referring to?

I believe the "parallel antenna" someone referred to might be a shunt
antenna, commonly used on for HF on aircraft surface edges like vertical
stabilizers, wing tips, etc. This would require a coupler to tune it over
the bandwidth.

If you are installing a ground or base station antenna, one possibility
would be a log periodic HF antenna. Another ground station antenna would be
a Wullenweber antenna. Regards,
