NEC-LIST: Small Antenna

I think the question, though possibly well-intentioned, is meaningless.
Saying you need an antenna is like saying you need 'some stuff'. Without
stating some of the specifications that it would have to meet implies a
radiating system (or maybe a receiving system?) that is omnidirectional
and unefficient. As someone else stated, a dummy load fits this quite
well. But to allow application of some antenna theory and engineering,
goals must be known and stated.
