NEC-LIST: Chen & Wu

I am hoping that Chen & Wu's Theory of the Long Dipole Antenna, which
appears in Chapter 10 of Collin & Zucker's Antenna Theory, McGraw-Hill, 1969 may
have the answer i seek. I am waiting for a copy to show up at my local
library, but it may be weeks, they say. g
