NEC-LIST: receiving an error that I don't understand in 4nec2

Hi,

Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm trying to model a 5-discone array in 4nec2. The segment and geometry
checks pass with no errors but when I try to produce an output file, I
get the error message NEC: No Segment has an ITAG of 1. Doesn't it get
generated as the TAG increments via a GM card below?
