Well, the computer is not a substitute for the brain sitting in front of
it. :)

I have rewritten my generator, and it turns out that the
change in segment length between arm and feed, as well as the
wire-radius were responsible for the faulty results.

Several additional simulations confirmed later that the model
is consistent with the calculated data in the referred paper.
For segment length higher than 0.05 lambda, the current
distribution deviates around 0.1 mA from the correct path.
The 90 degree angle at the feed does not lead to any major deviations.
