NEC-LIST: RP card format

I'm new to GNEC and need assistance with the RP card. I would like tabular
data of electric field strength vs. distance for an electrically short, top
loaded monopole operating at 300 kHz. Could someone please share the
correct format for the RP card, or, if I'm totally off track, point me back
in the right direction.
