NEC-LIST: Stub loading of antennas

I am looking for reference material on stub loading and linear loading of antennas.
I have used stub loading by empirical cut and try -
I'm sure there was an article in Ham Radio back in the early 70's which gave the math.
How would one model it in NEC2?

Can anyone help please?
