NEC-LIST: New version of SuperNEC

Hi All

This is just a quick e-mail to let everyone know that version 2.55 of the
premier EM simulation package, SuperNEC, has been released.

This release includes many minor enhancements from the previous version
(2.5), and improved functionality for larger structures.
