NEC-LIST: NECOPT

A long time ago I bought a copy of an optimiser for NEC called NECOPT. It is
a DOS/ very early WINDOWS program. This is a very useful program but the
last of my computers which will support it is about to be disconnected. I
can find no trace of this web. Does anyone know whether this is available?
