NEC-LIST:Leeson correction

Hello...,

I am trying to implement the "Leeson correction" for
stepped radius elements for use with the Nec2 core,
and did some 'internet' investigations.

However only found references to an ARRL publication
and a fortran source called EFFLEN.FOR, but did not
find either the publication or the source-code.

Because this is a kind of freeware/home-brewing project,
I would like to know if there are means to get these
documents or sources without (much) costs.

Or maybe there is someone who could deliver me additional
information.
