NEC-LIST: Maximum Coupling

Does anyone know how the maximum coupling number (isolation between
two segments) is calcilated? The output line gives the load
impedance, input impedance, and you know the segment currents. It
seems like it should be easy to calculate manually, but I can't get
there. Help, please!!!
