Hi,
You may try breaking the program up by subroutine and compiling
separately and then link. Try using the Lahey F77L-EM-32 FORTRAN
compiler, the one you're using is a dog and is old.

I am trying to compile and link the Fortran source code of NEC2--248K,
which was download from ftp://ftp.netcom.com/pub/ra/rander/NEC/.
The Fortran compiler is
Microsoft (R) FORTRAN Optimizing Compiler Version 5.10
the command I used is
fl /c /Gt /Ot /FoNEC2.obj NEC2.FOR
the error is
fatal error F1050: NEC2_TEXT:code segment too large.
How can I compile it successful?
