NEC-LIST: How to run Wjgraps.exe?

Hi, everyone,

I download the wjgras.exe from
ftp://ftp.netcom.com/pub/ra/rander/NEC/. It is a little routine to
display the radiation patterns from NEC output files. According the
auther , John B, this program require VBRUN200.DLL or VBRUN300.DLL to
run, but I can not find it in ftp.microsoft.com. Have you run this
program before? Or you can tell me where to find VBRUN200.DLL?
