Good day folks.
I know from past experience that many of my colleagues on NEC-LIST
have an abiding interest in historical matters. So for those who have
not - read no further.
I have found a clutch of old vacuum tubes looking for all the world
like a forgotten dinosaur nest with eggs. The tubes are
VT4B - only one labelled - EDISWAN
V30
VT31
VT80
I have no idea what they were used for, but, hey, if they were
labelled sequentially .....
If anyone can cast some light on the subject for me as recrds the
actual types of tubes and what they could have been used for, I would
be most interested to hear from you.
Will be away from the office for a while, so please forgive me if I am
tardy in acknowledging responses.
Have a great day,
Duncan Baker.
