NEC-LIST: Planar inductor calculator with SRF?

Does anyone know of a planar inductor calculator (either on-line, .exe
or Excel) that will calculate the self-resonant frequency (SRF)? By
planar, I mean spiral or meander-line inductors. Thanks!
