The only software I can think of is Ansoft's HFSS (www.ansoft.com),
or CST Microwave (http://www.cst.com/). Both are very expensive;
in the $40,000 range.
NEC4.1 can handle buried antennas, but not considering that
they may be surrounded by an open cavity.
