NEC-LIST: Translation of Sommerfeld's paper

   Hi all,
   Sorry, this question does not directly pertain to NEC. Does anyone
   know of an English (translated) version of Sommerfeld's 1909 paper on
   vertical dipoles above ground? I would think that someone might have
   translated this paper at some point, it's so often cited.
