NEC-LIST: Is it the Power Gain for Vertical / Horizontal polarization

Dear everybody,

  I used RP0 in NEC-2 to calculate the pattern .Part of the result is as
follow

          - - ANGLES - - - POWER GAINS

       THETA PHI VERT. HOR.
TOTAL
   DEGREES DEGREES DB DB DB
       -80.00 0.00 1.34 -28.44
 1.35

  I just wonder if the number under VERT 1.34 means the Power Gain for
Vertical polarization and the number under HOR -28.44 means the Power Gain
for Horizontal polarization ?
