NEC-LIST: Uzkov Limit

Dear All,

I am interested in Uzkov Limit in super-directive array antenna,
and I would like to read the original paper.

I would appreciate if someone could tell me how and where
I can get a copy, also, it's translation into English (or Japanese),
if possible.(I suppose the original is in Russian)
