NEC-LIST: Near Field Antenna

Hi all,
        I am looking for a good Near Field antenna at UHF . That means
an antenna which at small distances has a strong magnetic and electric
field while in the far field the signal must be weak. There is some talk
that a fractal antenna has this property . Has anyone any experience
with this effect? Any help will be appreciated.
