NEC-LIST: 4nec2 and nwp warning

Hi, i've got 2 problem:

1)4nec2 gives me the message:

too sharp angle or too short/thick segment(s) for Wires 716 (tag 26) and 728 (tag 728)

How can i resolve this problem?

Is there some trick or i must change the antenna geometry?

2)NEC-WinPlus gives me the message:

WARN, 45 is within volume of 14

...

I've got 1 dipole (diameter=35mm)and a wire that ends in the dipole center (23mm)

This is a part of the antenna:
