Re: NEC-LIST: Re: Plane wave excitation and far field patterns of large arrays

If I have an array of dipoles, undriven and unconnected to each other or
any other conductive material, sitting on an insulative sheet, and being
excited with a plane wave, are the dipoles considered to be
short-circuited? If so, do I still need to put the impedance on using
the LD card, or can I just use the conductivity of the dipole material
to model any losses?

Thanks
David
