NEC-LIST: Re: World Radio Noise Maps

In a reaction to the questions about Atmospheric Radio Noise i would
like to inform you that a new measurement method has been developed by
the "Radiocommunications Agency Netherlands" in cooperation with other
Dutch organisations to measure this kind of noise. A draft report will
be issued to the ITU soon. Since i am one of the authors of this
document i can issue a copy of the report to anyone interested as soon
as the final version is available. Please send an email to my business
