Hello...,
first of all I would like to thank all those wo took the effort to send me
one or more Nec4 output files.
These allowed me to change the text-processing of 4nec2, so I am now able to
also read Nec4 output-files without further problems.
One problem however is still remaining.
>>From a 4nec2 user who is very much willing to help me, I learned that the
Nec4 license is shipped together with a CD containing a number of
pre-compiled nec4d***.exe files for use on the windows-XX platform.
When using these executables as the 'engine' for 4nec2, we do not quite
succeed in transfering the input- and output-file names from 4nec2 to the
nec4d***.exe. Both command-line arguments and input redirection
(nec4d1200.exe < file_with_in_and_output_filename.txt) both don't seem to
work.
So I have two questions:
- What nec4.exe are you using. The pre-compiled versions, as available on
the CD, or did you compile your own nec4d.exe. If so what compiler did you
use ?
- Any suggestions how I could run the pre-compiled nec4d***.exe in a
none-interactive way (windows-XX) ?
Thanks in advance,
Arie Voors.
