That's pretty wide for a bowtie. I think two parallel abbreviated bow
ties (parallel feed) might do it. This can be modeled in NEC. What is
your return loss spec?

I would think that this is possible, if only because it's pretty common
as a
UHF broadcast TV antenna, which is very broadband (50% or so).
As you say, a bowtie in front of the corner reflector. It also shows up
in
Kraus, as I recall.
