There is an interesting NEC-2 based antenna simulation software named NEC2GO
available at www.nec2go.com. It contains tools for including lossy
transmission lines both in the antenna structure proper and in the feed
system and it also has a network design facility in addition to the many
other "standard features" a simulation software is expected to have these
days. A check of the additional losses introduced by using coax as part of
the antenna can be very enlightening at times. Take a look!
