OOPS! Sorry; I forgot for a moment that you want quadrature phasing
of your feedpoint currents.
Amend the above-quoted steps (2) and (4) to read as follows. I
reproduce step 3 for convenience.
(2) connecting a transmission line (use the TL command) from the fed
segment (second from the bottom) of each monopole to a separate one
of two new, very short (0.001 wl or less) segments, located anywhere
that's legal;
(3) giving these two transmission lines equal characteristic
impedances (Zo = 1 ohm will do), and making both their electrical
lengths equal to 90 degrees at the operating frequency; and
(4) putting a voltage source in each of the aforementioned two, new,
very short segments (to which the TL's connect), making the voltage
magnitudes equal and the phases different by 90 degrees.
