NEC-LIST: compact loop model for mobile HF use

Has anyone done any modeling of compact HF loops for mobile use? QMAC in
Australia has an interesting example of one of these that looks like a
luggage rack shaped like a basket with a handle sticking out of the top.
Has anyone modeled something like this, particularly with addressing the
existence of the car underneath.
