NEC-LIST: Problems with SOMNEC and realistic ground

Hello, I've been trying to model power line harmonic radiation from the
local power distribution system using NEC2.
The power lines I am modelling are above a flat ground, so I am using
the Sommerfeld/Norton method. In my .nec punch card file I use "GE 1"
(ground plane) and "GN 2 ..." (implying the Sommerfeld/Norton method). I
am also using SOMNEC to create a TAPE21 file, as mentioned in the
manual. However when I use the Sommerfeld/Norton method and run nec2 I
get the following error:

  start: end of file
  apparent state: unit 21 named fort.21
  lately reading sequential unformatted external IO
  Aborted

This does not occur when I don't use the S/N method, such as when I use
a perfect ground. I have included my .nec file as well. Any help would
be much appriciated.
