NEC-LIST: 4nec2 genetic-optimizer

Hello,

for those still interested, I just released the
latest 5.1 version for 4nec2 on
www.qsl.net/wb6tpu/swindex.html

It contains the following changes/additions:

- Besides the traditional hill-climbing optimzer now
also a flexible genetic-algorithm based optimizer is
available.
- It is now possible to optimize over a range/band of
frequencies.
- More general approach for generating nec-2 output data
- Pre version 4.3 support for raw nec-2 input data
re-enabled.
