EMAP5 will. It is an FEM-MOM hybrid. Find it on the JPL EM repository,
or in the links in my page below. Note it is not user friendly, and
takes some skill to learn how to generate the input files. But its
free. Courtesy of Dr. Hubing at Univ. Missouri-Rolla. They actually
use this program alot for EMC modeling, so I'm sure they have custom
tools for it. I just saw a paper in IEEE EMC Trans. by them, where the
program is used.
