NEC-LIST:Genetic Algorithms in SuperNEC 2.4

Hi everyone

Just a quick e-mail to let everyone know that the latest version of
SuperNEC, namely 2.4, has been released.
This latest version of SuperNEC has over 25 improvements but the one that
might be of most interest is that the Genetic Algorithm Optimiser now
enables the user to define their own costing functions. So if anyone would
like to try their own costing functions feel free :-)

SuperNEC Lite is of course free for academic users.
