Zvi:
There were two programs sold by Besser Associates in Los Altos, CA at a very
reasonable price that I used quite a lot.
They are:
EZ-Chart V1.0 which is a DOS program.
EEZ Match Student Edition V1.0 which is an early Windows program.
I haven't run them on my latest computer, so don't know if there are
compatibility issues (as I suspect) or even if they are still available
(perhaps in updated versions).
A colleague of mine, Lance Lascari, wrote a Windows Smith Chart program
which should do just what you need. It is free, and available from his
website at: http://tools.rfdude.com/index.html
