I'd plcaed an order of dual processor computer.
My friend is a expert in PC server designer and recommended the Configuration as following:

Mainboard: (major components)
GA-7DPXDW ( brand Gigabyte, www.giga-byte.com )
 Processor: AMD Athlon MP 200
 Memory: 1 GB Registered DDR DIMM.
 Display card: ATi AGP 3D chip.
 Power : 400W
