NEC-LIST:Need Info on Time Domain Codes

Fellow scientists, engineers, etc.,

I would like to know if there are any available and modestly-priced time domain codes for radiation, propagation, and scattering. If you know of any, please steer me in the appropriate direction. Since I've been away from computational electromagnetics for a few years and had used only frequency domain codes when I had been involved, I am unaware of the "latest and greatest" TD codes -- although "latest and greatest" is not a necessary condition for my needs.
