NEC-LIST: New transmission line analysis and charting program

TLDetails is a new program that may be used to study transmission line
behavior. Results are displayed in tabular format and on "animated"
(quickly redrawn) charts. The program has built-in specs for 47 different
lines and you can define up to 3 custom lines.
