The major problem with the capacitance calculation between parallel wires, even if the exact kernel is used, is the
assumption about the current distribution. In most wire codes the current is assumed to be constant around the wire. As 2
wires get close together, the current tends to flow closer to the potential wire connection (if the wires were to touch).
This is similar to the equivalent charge on parallel wires with the charge located offset from the wire center. Thus you
will generally underestimate the capacitance.

Though not accurate, the computation would at least give you an estimate that might be adequate for your needs. The
simulation would simply require a short bit of parallel wire transmission line and the associated parameters for it. Bill
