NEC-LIST:Horn help?

Ok, I'm being dumb in ways I'm even too dumb to understand. Does someone
out there have a NEC model of a simple octave horn with coax to waveguide
launcher they would be willing to share? I _think_ my design is correct,
but my model obviuosly isn't, so I could use a working example for tutorial
purposes.
