Unfortunately it's been down for months. I know the list owner (Dave
Michelson) is aware of this. What can be done is another matter.

To complete the bad news, there is no other archive.

The link to Koen Mouthaan's NEC-List Archive on this list's home page
doesn't
appear to work. It tells me that the connection was refused. Is the website
just temporarily down? The URL I tried was:
