NEC-LIST:Loaded dipoles

Hi All,

I need to build an HF dipole to be no more than 40 inch.
I know that there are resistive films one can load the dipole (wrap around
?)
I am well aware of the efficicency vs. size trade-off.
Any help would be appreciated.
