NEC-LIST:scattering measurements for foliage

I'm looking for a source of backscatter/transmission measurements and/or
models for foliage, bushes, trees, etc. for, say 400 MHz to 3GHz with
horizontal incidence (i.e. looking through bushes, as opposed to down on
them from the top). I'm particularly interested at reasonably small scales
(i.e. a few wavelengths) as opposed to big bulk measurements of 10 sq km at
a crack.
