Take a look at http://www.NEC2.org for some help on setting up NEC2
under WIndows.
There is a YAGI optimiser program, YGO3, that generates iterative input
decks that may be similar to what you want. Take a look and see if you can
get some ideas that will be useful.
Download it from URL ftp://ftp.qsl.net/pub/wb6tpu/NEC/ygo3inst.exe
It generates decks and examines the output files in order to iterate
towards an optimum solution. This way you don't have to get access to the
NEC source code. There are detailed documentation files inside the
downloaded archive.
