Sorry I misread (or forgot) the form. In that case, my first reaction would
be to expand the exp(-jkr) in a power series, which gives integrands of the
form r^n*x^2, n=0,1,2,... These are tabulated, so one can look at the
results and seek a pattern. If Guiseppe's references work for you, so much
the better.
