My father, Prof. Elias Sabbagh, and his colleague, Prof. Roscoe George,
did some work on Wireless Power Transmission at Purdue University back in
the middle to late '60's.. Check with the Purdue Research
Foundation and/or the Purdue University Electrical Engineering Department
to help you find the research reports.

There was a brief summary of that work in one of the issues
of IEEE MTT in 1984 (IEEE Centennial) or 1987-1988 (Heinrich Hertz
Centennial). It should be easy for you to track that reference.
