NEC-LIST:NEC2-LAPACK bugs

Is there anyone who knows how to reach Joe Lastovka, author of a release
of NEC that is targetted for Pentium III and uses Intel Math Kernel
Library ? His old e-mail address (joe_lastovka_at_yahoo.com ) is not
active anymore. I got this version, named NEC2-LAPACK, from
http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu/swindex.html. From the same source it is
possible to download also another version, named NEC2-ME, released form
Joe Lastovka.

I found a couple of bugs in those codes. Near electric field (NE card)
computation is inaccurate; Software crashes when an LD 5 (lumped load)
card is present.

Is there anyone else who already fixed these bugs?
