NEC-LIST: Effective core parameters.

Good day,

I have a copy of a few pages from an IEC Standard for calculalting
effective parameters for ferromagnetic cores. If anyone is familiar with this
area, I'd like to know how the expression for C2, length/(area)^2, for a
toroid is derived. Everything else is straightforward calculus or reasonable
approximations.
