Subject: NEC-LIST: earth resistance test equipment
Megger makes a box that measures large-area earth resistance up to 160 Hz.
AVO International who sell the Megger and Biddle equipment say that there
is a 20 kHz machine called something like "smart ground" made somewhere
near Atlanta, perhaps. Does this ring a bell with anybody?
Thanks,
Grant Bingeman
