NEC-LIST: Modelling dipoles

Dear all,

I'm modelling a dipole over a ground using the programs "SOMNEC" and
"NEC-2" as Turner did in 1994 in his article "Modelling antenna-ground
interactions" (GPR'94 proceedings, vol.1, pp. 205-222). I don't find
exactly the same radiation patterns as this author, so it would be of
great use if someone could tell me if I'm wrong or not.

The NEC input file is :
